Locate the File

When downloading the file, make sure you know where you save it! The desktop is recomended. You can often also click "open" rather than "save," especially when using Windows XP. This is probably the most common problem.

Unzip and open the file
|

|
The contracts are compressed in zip files for download compatability. If you are using Windows XP, windows will automatically open zip files. However, if you are using other versions, you may need to install software to open zip files. A popular program is winzip, which has a free trial available from C-Net. Once you have unzipped the contract, it opens with Microsoft Word. If you are still having problems, contact us! We can either e-mail, fax, or mail you a contract.
